Is the Tangipahoa Parish School System Headed in the Same Direction as East Baton Rouge and St. Helena Parish School Systems?

If the prospects for our schools is not changed, and changed expeditiously, will this school system be destined and forced into the same things East Baton Rouge and St. Helena School Systems is now faced with doing and/or eventually doing? There is no doubt about it, some thought provoking methods need to be put into place if we are to save a generation of all of our children.
