Judge Lemelle issued an order that gives the directives for the hiring of Administrators, Supervisors and Principals in the Tangipahoa Parish School System.
The motions filed by the Plaintiffs and the Defendent School Board, and the Order issued by Judge Lemelle is found on this Website listed under the DESEG DOCUMENTS Icon on the Homepage.
Motion 122 and Motion 122-1 was filed by plaintiffs attorneys, while Motion 845 and Motions 845-1, 845-2, 845-3, 845-4, and 845-5 was filed by the defendent school board attorneys.
Judge Lemelle issued Order 852 from the Motions filed from both sides.
It is felt that once these Motions and the Order arising out of both Motions filed from both sides in this Deseg Case is reviewed by the Citizens of this Parish, it will put to rest the allegations now surfacing from the hirings of the aforementioned positions.
